Service camp to be held by Tata Motors between November 20-26

Tata Motors is organizing a service camp where customers can get free top washing and comprehensive checkups of their vehicles. They can also get repairs at discounted rates along with special exchange schemes.


Tata Motors has announced a service camp for customers of passenger vehicles from the 20th till the 26th of November. Tata Motors will set up free health check-up camps for vehicles at all its dealerships and authorized service centers spanning 287 cities in India. The company has also tied up with Indian Oil Corporation to offer these services at their petrol pumps, thereby extending the entire reach of the programme to more than a whopping 1, 000 locations. Customers can get free top washing and vehicle health checks at the camp. They can also obtain 10% discounts on value added services, lubricants, oils and accessories courtesy Tata Motors’ partnerships with more than 16 suppliers.


20% discounts will be given on original parts of Tata Motors and labor charges at these camps. Discounts of INR 699 will be offered on the Value Care (Gold AMC), the customizable maintenance scheme for major and minor repairs coupled with service. INR 1, 000 will be slashed on the extended warranty, new batteries and more. There will be exclusive exchange schemes in place for Tata vehicles along with roadside assistance policies and insurance renewal offers at discounted rates.


This will be the third such service camp in 2015 and approximately 2.25 lakh vehicles were serviced with the two earlier camps. According to the President, Passenger Vehicle Business Unit, Tata Motors, Mayank Pareek, these initiatives help offer an enriching and enhanced experience for customers in terms of service. The previous two camps were resounding successes and this one will definitely showcase the company’s strengths with regard to its extensive service network and value added offerings.
