Mahindra First Choice Services has inaugurated the first of its Franchisee Owned Franchisee Operated workshop in Bhopal. This has taken up the tally of MFCS’ pan India workshops to 85.

The Head of Marketing and Franchise Development, Alok Kapoor, has commented that their business model for the franchisees has been received well in the central region which is what has prompted them to expand their presence in the region further. The new franchise workshop at Bhopal shall be strongly focused on knowledge and customer service at the local market. It would help them build their presence in the state further.

Kapoor has also added that Mahindra sees great potential for car servicing of multiple brands in the market. The company intends to close to next fiscal with more than 200 FOFO workshops. This would help them enhance the depth and scale of their operations and allow them to reach out to a larger number of potent customers all over the country.

MFCS shall operate through its three hubs based in Jabalpur, Indore and Bhopal, where it shall be scaling operations up through multiple workshops.

MFCS was established in 2008 with the goal to establish thirty multiple brand car workshops in Madhya Pradesh by 2016’s March.
