New CVT variant launched.

Nissan has now started offering the CVT gearbox in the base model of the Micra. Prices for the model start at Rs 6.4 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Nissan has also launched a limited edition 750 unit production X-Shift variant which is essentially a more feature loaded version of the CVT XL at the same price as the above car.

The X-Shift comes with a wide array of features such as a premium matte black roof wrap, an exhaust tip with a chrome finish and reverse parking sensors. On the inside, the premium hatchback gets silver-finished door armrests and LED scuff plates. The X-Shift also gets side stickers, along with an ‘X Shift’ sticker on the front passenger side.

Features for the standard car include a new steering wheel borrowed from the Sunny, a stylish black roof, glossy black finish for the audio console, driver armrest and illuminated door sills among others. It gets EBD, ABS, BA and four airbags as standard.
