Harley Davidson has embarked on a strategic network expansion plan across Tier II cities in India and hence the announcement of a new showroom in Nagpur, one of the most vibrant and rapidly developing cities of the country.
Harley Davidson India, the iconic American bike manufacturer recently announced the establishment of its fourth dealership in Maharashtra. This independent dealership will be called Epicenter Harley Davidson and will be based in Nagpur. This takes the complete tally of Harley Davidson showrooms to 19 across the country. This is the 9th dealership to be opened by the company in mini metros and emerging Indian cities post Panjim, Surat, Lucknow, Indore and Jaipur among others. These launches bear testimony to the new expansion strategy followed by the company in Tier II Indian cities in a bid to drive up sales and expand customer networks.
According to the Managing Director, Harley Davidson India, Vikram Pawah, the opening of the dealership was a natural affair since the brand is highly loved and acclaimed in Maharashtra with a sizeable customer base present already. The western region thus boasts of a significant Harley Davidson network across Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur and Goa. Nagpur customers can now take their pick instead of having to hop over to either Pune or Mumbai.
The new dealership will offer buyers the chance to experience the all new line up of 12 bikes from Harley Davidson India. Top draws include the Harley Davidson Forty Eight, Street 750 and the Harley Davidson Iron 883. This news has definitely got Nagpur bike connoisseurs excited and the company is expecting positive results soon.
