Republic Day was celebrated at Quikr Delhi with the same enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. The patriotic theme of “Unity in Diversity” was celebrated in the similar way – “Quikr Food Festival”.

Being India’s national capital and centuries old Mughal capital, Delhi has influenced a food habit of Mughlai cuisine along with Indian cuisine.

Starting with the National Anthem, Quikr teams were busy preparing the ‘Shahi’ dishes. Like Mumbai, Delhi teams also came with a variety of dishes, right from North’s ‘Parathas’ to South’s ‘Dosa’, and some spicy and creamy specialty.
